This policy explains what snark.video ("we") collects and how we use it. By using the service you agree to it.
The name and occasion a host enters; the messages, optional names, and photos/videos contributors submit; a host's optional email and event date; and basic usage data. Payments are handled by Stripe — we never see or store card numbers.
To run the service: display the live wall and reel, send hosts their links, event reminders, and receipts, generate keepsake reels, and process purchases.
Content you submit may be processed by providers that power features: Stripe (payments), Resend (email), ElevenLabs (AI voice generated from submitted text), and Cloudflare (hosting/DNS). We do not sell your personal data.
Snarks appear on that event's wall and reel, which are viewable by anyone with the link. Please don't submit anything you wouldn't want shared.
We keep content to provide the service. Hosts can remove individual snarks with their host code. Email is optional. To access or delete your data, email hi@snark.video and we'll help.
