snark.video is a group message tool for roasts, critiques, and advice at events. You are responsible for the content you submit.
Keep it fun and consensual. Do not submit content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, defamatory, threatening, or that infringes others' rights. Hosts can remove snarks, and we may remove content or restrict access that violates these terms.
You keep the rights to what you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and process it (including generating reels and AI voice-overs) solely to operate the service. Only submit content you have the right to share.
Keepsake unlocks are one-time purchases processed by Stripe. Refunds are handled case-by-case — email hi@snark.video.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for user-submitted content or for indirect or incidental damages.
We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
